All new customer accounts can be
paid by credit card or COD cashiers
check. For COD company check we
require company name and three business
references of commercial accounts
you have a past history with along
with your bank account information.
Once approved you will be notified.

Freight:
Free freight is given to all orders totaling $2000.00. Any
orders under $2000.00 will be charged freight.
Shipping is done by UPS and Truck

Shortages
And Damages:
Notify our office within 48 hours.
Please have driver note any claims
on the freight bill of any shortage
or damage to your shipment.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without
notice. Printing errors can happen
in catalogs and on line and we always
prefer to go over pricing when receiving
your orders. If faxing or emailing
in your orders please include prices
so that we can notify you if any
change has to be made.
Returns:
Items are sold on a non-returnable
policy. However, if you have a defective
item we will be glad to take care
of your problem. If any items are
being returned they must include
a packing slip along with the return
authorization number, which we will
provide. No items will be accepted
if returned with stickers or price
marks on the products. All returns
must be in like new condition.
